Cancellation by the Pilgrim
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our office or official email. Charges depend on the stage of the booking and the policies of airlines, hotels and visa authorities.
Refund Timeline
- Visa fees and government charges are generally non-refundable once submitted.
- Airline refunds follow the applicable fare rules.
- Hotel refunds depend on the cancellation deadline.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–21 working days.
Cancellation by KGN
If a departure cannot operate due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative date or a refund of recoverable amounts as per the applicable rules.
Distributor Joining Amount
Joining amounts and commissions are governed by the distributor scheme terms and may not be refundable once the role is activated. Please read the scheme page carefully before joining.
