All bookings are subject to availability, document verification and payment confirmation. Prices are dynamic and may change until a booking is confirmed by our team.
Passports and Documents
Pilgrims are responsible for providing valid, accurate documents. KGN is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information or rejected applications.
Package Changes
Flight schedules, hotels and itineraries may change due to airline, government or operational requirements. We will provide comparable alternatives wherever possible.
Distributor and Agency Programme
- Commissions are credited only after verification and according to the active rules.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts or manipulated networks are prohibited.
- KGN may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the scheme rules.
- Income examples are illustrative and not a guarantee of earnings.
Conduct
All members must represent KGN honestly and respectfully. Misleading claims about packages, income or approvals are not permitted.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
